I bought this product by a nice ad posted in instagram. The ad designed in a way anybody will tempt to buy. They concentrated on publicity and they learn how to cheat people by selling some dummy product. Soon I received the product I was shocked to see a waste product. After realising thought of returning the product started sending mails to customer care. Every time I am explaining key problem and repeatedly I am receiving a templated message from them, then I called the customer care number "0172-4750905" is mentioned in their website "bestphonemount.shop". Here also I don't get any response, the call keep playing nice irritating music forever and never they turned up.
Now the question is How will I get back my money? Can anyone please suggest the way out.
