I subscribed to BEAM FIBRE broadband and made the mistake of paying up full amount for 1 year. After few weeks of service the internet connection is gone. The call center is just a dummy taking down your details every time without any action (7014090).
There is no BEAM employee on the field to contact and no one from BEAM will call you despite the fact that service is gone for 1 week - I wonder how a company can just disappear into thin air!! Shocking that such organizations are allowed to put advertisements and hoarding all over the city and hunting down unsuspecting customers. Another Hyderabad scam special is seems.
