Well I have this bike and I am glad that I am reviewing it.
So Bajaj pulsar 150 is the best bike in budget and then average. You can get the best average becouse it's 150 dtsi.
And it runs very smooth' the highest speed I have tried is 140 kmps and it was amazing and really very smooth.
You can get it in under 60k I guess becouse I bought it in 2012 and it was around 72k at that time.
Well you can do some modification as well becouse pulsar always looks cool after some modification.
Try it yourself if your budget is tight.
