I have applied for Home loan transfer to Bajaj and having worst experience ever. Initially pushed me to take Insurance with a premium of almost 1 Lackhs, then negotiated after a long conversation. Processing fees, govt charges are too high and not offered a competitive ROI till you go for negotiation. Initially area manager coordinates properly but once you approve the proposal they will behave complete different, do not cooperate, ask documents day by day not in a single go and created lots on inconvenience. Surprisingly once the complain has registered, the things are not shorted out and no effort has been made from senior. Keeping all this in mind(worst customer support) I have cancelled the loan in between although I have paid the govt. charges and loan has been sanctioned.
