Its a back pain relief yoga position app
that was a crap I used but not relief in my back pain because it will show you only yoga position. so I really recommended to not download this app
It show only position and discription it not to teach any more
no new featuers on this app its a only yoga position app.
that consept was nice but you go your nearest yoga class and pay for them dont west your time he will not rellies your back pain.
