I have my personal experience of this banking. I remember very well on the basis of all suggestions and all conversations with employees over there I decide to open an account in axis bank. But after creating my account my very first experience was very bad. The was with sort of some problems regarding my account. So I visited the bank for once but the people working over there behaves as if they owned the bank and are not willing to do anything no matter what your urgency is. They will do their work according to their respective time. And charges are also very high.
