Worst Service. Review on Asus Zenfone 5

I purchased zenfone 5 at a cost of 10, 000 rupee almost . I purchased it from asus store .in starting it is working fine but after 3 months almost there are many issues start to come in phone . major issue is the phone start to much hot than normal . if I talk about 25 minute it will be in terrible hot . and applications stop to work some time . so I choose the service I give an complaint on service center.

I seriously have to that was the worst service ever of my life they take phone and send it on service center and when I talk to them to return my phone it will take more than a month . service center said talk to asus helpline we are not responsible and asus said talk to service center . I am sure they dont even touch phone to repair because now the same two condition occurring as before . I seriously never want to enter in asus store ever they make me this much puzzled.
