Hopeless, useless, irritating, fraudulent website.
I ordered two things with order
DGA355779: A sunglass
DGA355760: A pair of Jeans.
The Sunglass was damaged. Jeans were sent for one size lesser than what I had ordered.
Then I called them asking for replacement. They said they do not have replacement policy, so we will arrange reverse pick up. One day my mobile was not with me, and that day only they called. I could not receive. I called them the next day, they said "we already tried 4 times, so as per our policy if customer doesn't pick up call 4 times, we will not process the request"
Now, they are denying for reverse pick up and my 1.5K have gone in waste.
So, please guys DO NOT purchase from this website.
