Very very arrogant, indifferent attitude of their customer service. They cheated us by collecting 2 yrs AMC, and refused to service after one year.
They are asking for an extension even after producing the relevant documents and receipts. Their response is that they have sent the documents to Mumbai and no approval yet. After sometime no response at all. All of our family members have fallen ill for the last few months, thanks to Eureka Forbes.
No response from their customer service email also with all the explanation about their service challenges.
I have replaced the same with Pureit water filter. I strongly recommend my friends not to go for such customer unfriendly company.
