Never expected apollo team will give bad service. Mr.MuthuPandi from Madurai Apollo Hospital very cheap, harsh and treated us like illiterate. I got admitted in Madurai Apollo hospital on December 6th 2019 and provided my insurance which they din't bother to process my insurance. Nursing team dint bother to answer my call whenever I switch on the call button. Today December 9th 2019 doctor asked me to get discharged at 11.00am. The most irritating part is Apollo insurance team hasn't processed my insurance from the day I got admitted and they just started processing my insurance on the day of discharge at 2.45pm only, we waited here more than 8hours for our insurance to be claimed.
They refused us to go and they demanded us to pay now or wait more until they get updates. We spoke to our insurance people and they told us clearly they haven't received any documents from them and they are processing it very slowly on purpose. It was like a trick game that last moment they will say it will take more time to claim your insurance, then they demand us to pay full amount and leave by threatening with their security gaurds. Manager Mr.Muthupadian was challenging us let's see how you guys will leave the premises without paying or get insurance claimed and made us into a very big drama.
