I went to Apollo Hospital in Kilpauk Chennai with the complaint of dry cough and thought it was lung related issue and met the Pulmonogist who got me admitted to the hospital saying there is infection in the lung. Later they found that the real issue is cardiac related and partly kidney function related. 4 doctors got involved and each prescribed medicines related to their area of specialiasation. Surprisigly the Pulmonogist informed that the issue does not relate to my lungs and he withdrew from the scene. There as no improvement in my condition. The worst thing was they gave wrong medication and I ended up in the ICU. No professionalism at all. After staying in the hospital for 6 days my basic ailment was not cured and I had to get dischared and got admitted to MMM Hospital Chennai when I was effectively treated. Apollo charged me Rs 2.50 Lakhs without giving proper treatment and doctor consultation fees of Rs 55, 000/- was charged. It was DAY LIGHT ROBBERY.
