My remote control has stopped working. I have tried companies customer care many times but call didn't get connected. Customer care executive not available. They say we will call you within 2 hours which call never came.


Now no any local engineer/service centre is available and my geyser is not operable.


Product have continuous issues since purchased. Highly unsatisfied with companies service quality.
