I ordered lenovo z2 plus and they are showing 7 days to deliver it, I waited but at the day of delivery I contacted their customer care because m not getting any update about my order they said sir your order is out for delivery and will reach you soon, suddenly at 4: 00pm o got a sms said your order is refused by you and wo it is returning. I was what the hell. Then I contact again with them they said sir I dont know what happened with your order so if your order is returning then you have to order it again sorry.
Finally that was my first and last order from amazon.
Then I ordered it from flipkart and got my mobile in 2nd day. Flipkart salute for you service
