HI have been using it for more than 5 years now.
And I am the regular user if Amazon.in.
It is one of the best online shopping website for all our needs.
The huge variety pf products and supplier available makes them the best one stop shop for all our need.
Till date from countless products I had purchased from Amazon.in, No fake, Duplicate or wrong products was supplied.
Yes few of the times, the delivery was delayed. But it has not made me suffer a lot.
Customer service need an improvement. As they don't have much of the information about the whereabout of the product.
And as they bring the exclusive range of Mobiles/Electronics, which attract me more towards buying from them.
Addition of amazon pay, the wallet service is the great move.
I also use them for Recharges, as they offer great discounts on recharges.
And you can also use amazon pay balance to make payment ot other websites/apps and earn rewards using it.
