People, Do not use amazon.in. Their quality has dropped severely. They sell used and refurbished products as 100% new. And to return a product which was defective upon arrival, one has to go through a tedious process.
This is the third time this has happened to me. The same has happened to a friend 7 times.
Above all, their delivery service guys are extremely rude and use unparliamentary language. I am yet to receive an update on the complaint I filed about said issue.
I was a flipkart loyalist myself. I switched to amazon, but now I am having second thoughts. I just started ordering from SnapDeal, . They have the same prices but a much wider range of products.
