Amazon India has turned into a fraudulent company that steals money from customers! I ordered a Marshall Major IV Wireless Bluetooth Headphone, and they delivered a DEFECTIVE product. I returned it as per their policy, expecting my refund.
But instead of refunding my money, Amazon refused both the refund and the return of my product! Now, they are falsely claiming that my returned item was “disposed of” without providing any proof or explanation. This is outright fraud and theft!
Their customer service is completely useless—no calls, no proper responses, just empty apologies and false assurances. They keep asking me to wait while doing NOTHING. This experience has caused mental stress and financial loss, and Amazon is responsible for it!
