I really don't know because when it started and I start shopping with amazon 2-3 times I feel very cool and relax with amazon because its product was very really and without any damage but in now days something goes wrong with the amazon because sometimes color are mismatch sometimes whole product is fake, sometimes packing is very bad.
I think they can't handle the extra load of customer and good competition from other companies.
Their customer service is not as good as other because we have to face too many problems when we want to return our product.
Product quality is sometimes very bad like we buy product from the roadside stole.
Only one good quality is the delivery time because delivery time is very very better than the others.
Its app and website is as similar as other so we can't compare.
So in opinion think and compare price of your product on many websites then buy . Don't use anytime with amazon.in
