Amazon is a nice site to shop online but here I am sharing my experience with it regarding refunds. I buyed a product from amazon and when it reached me it was too small as it was shown on site. when I placed a return request it got returned but I was not able to understand the process to refund due to complex site. I talked over phone, they got it returned but I got my amount via cheque after 1 month that too a cheque of american bank which do not have any branch in my city so I had to pay extra amount.
