Its customer service is good. Delivery boy come at right time. If u get your product urgently then you have to pay for delivery charges. And if you don't want to get paid you have to get it upto 2-4 days after order. So if you want something and not get paid so order first before 2-4 days. This site is very useful. Sometime we did not get at general stores what we want to. So go to amazon and you will get what you want. There product quality is good its depends on who's product it is. There is more sites like this flipkart, snapdeal, etc. You can also get same results in those sites also. We can trust on them.So it is Reliable.
