My experience with Amazon is not good because of various reasons.
1-Their tracking is not good as they donot provide enough information( flipkart has much better) .
2-I haven't seen COD till date.
3-Mostly items have shipping charges.
4-In their new policy they refuse to return mobile etc
5-Most of the time an error occurred during payment.
6-Third class sellers.
7-Many time they give defective product and donot easily return cash or change product.
