I had placed Order for Nivea Lotion which was immediately cancelled by me and accordingly it was not delivered. Order # 403-5281888-9253926. I have been following up with them since last 20 days for my refund but they just give std reply that they have refunded the amount 18 days back but are not providing me the 23 digit ARN NO. reqd by my Bank to trace the Refund. My Bank categorically confirms that they have not recd any such refund from Amazon.
earlier too I had purchased an AC against which I was entitled to 2000/- cashback which was not processed by Amazon. I kept following up with my Bank for the same but no satisfactory reply was provided to me for almost a month.
Beware before buying anything from Amazon.
