I have Purchased a Altec Lancing Mobile Bluetooth speaker from Amazon India. On a receipt of product I found that Outer diameter rubber band was loose and well fitting properly, so I returned it on same day. On replacement of same product from amazon it’s quite good Quality compared to first time purchase Speaker, After few day it was observed that Speaker battery was not performed well and it Battery drains within few minutes, till that time amazon replacement period was lapse. I contacted customer care but they said that there is no service Center, and they can’t listen anything from me. Finally I have to bare this product. Ultimately it’s a waste of money for me.
