Never ever try to switch to airtel . The worst network I have ever been on. It says it has 4g network everywhere, but in INDORE where I reside has no network. It promises for 4g in all areas, I hardly get a 3g network. The coustomer care service is worst . Every time I talked to them I did'nt got a satisfactory answer.
Probably the worst network I have ever been on .
There are too much of drop calls and the amount of cross connection is nearly 15 to 20 per day !
Can you imagine !
When I tried to communicate to costumer care executive they rudely replied that cross connection is not our problem.
I appeal you all to boycott airtel .
