I had recharged my Airtel Mobile number with Rs. 198/- on August 17,


2013, which is supposed to be an unlimited pack.


But, today my complete balance is 0, which was Rs. 7.91 yesterday and


it is also showing that I have 0 MB of data usage left and is valid


till September 15.


What does it mean? What type of stupid people are they?


My mobile number is 8457* #@! &9 and is from Orissa circle and the SIM is always inside a data Card.


As I contacted them through an email, someone called me and explained about the data pack. And it got disconnected and they sent another mail saying it is resolved.


My balance is still zero after sometime, So, I resent an email.


Hope they will resolve the issue. But I don't have faith.


I think I have to again recharge my account.


Big companies are always taking advantages of middle class people by different means.


Also around 3 months ago I had to recharge my account 2 times with Rs. 198/- on the same day, because they said they have not received, but the money was debited from my account.


I am unable to change the operator, because all other networks have very low coverage in this area, and hence its not possible to use internet in a PC. And, Airtel knows how to get benefit from these things.
