Miserable customer service, hopless tech support, erratic app and almost nonexistent 3g/4g service even in prime tier 2/3 cities.
Guess airtel is dying slowly.
Before Jio they had a lame FUP po| icy. Wonder what their excuse is now.
They would have done a lot better, if they
invested same capital and effort on customer service than on hashy ads.
Would not recommend for new subscribers or for porting from other service.
