In past months I am a big fan of airtel. They are the best but now they are ruining everything. I mean in everything customer support, connection, and the most important online payment failures. Let me explain you:
First of after 4 PM or 5 PM my internet connection goes down everytime. If it runs than it will not give enough speed to at least for browsing. The speed is like 2 to 10 kbps I mean how can they do this. Its better to opt 2G instead of transhing your money. I complained this but they always registered my complained and never take any action.
Customer support the worse/worst ever. If I complained something then they never pick my call again.
And the 3rd part when try to do some online transaction than the network always fail. The worst experience with airtel I will never suggest anyone and I never use airtel in my further life.
