If you are planning to switch your mobile phone network to Airtel i'm telling you this is the biggest wrong decision you've ever made. I'm suffering from it from approx 2 years. The sim never catches full networks and the internet speed is slow like a turtle.
I called the customer care number sometimes the call didn't connect and if somehow connected then they never get me through my problem.
The sim is catching only 3 towers at my home and the speed of 4g internet is like I'm still using 2g network.
I'm totally frustrated and dissatisfied. Planning to change the network.
