Airtel India a biggest brand in the Indian telecomm industry and has been but because of its high cost plans it is making other companies to attract the customers towards them and coming to network coverage in whole of India it has the best coverage when compared to other companies. customer service is what I am not happy with in airtel because it does not allow us to directly connect to the consultants rather it is tough with the virtual assistant and as I said charges and billing are of high price otherwise it is all good to go with airtel
