Seriously speaking guys there are two main reason why I hate Airtel:


1.Once there is a pack called as happy hour and I subscribed to it for 30 days and then I got a message that to extend this pack for 90 days you need to dial a particular number after 30 days and when I lost that number and asked the customer care service about this pack he said its not a valid pack and he didn't satisfy me with his reasons and the pack was for all Local Airtel to Airtel @ 10p/min


2.The other reason was the delivery of the message is not quick in between two Local Airtel operator the message is getting delivered after some hours and the signal is also not so clear the call is getting cut very frequently which actually distract a lot


3.Finally to say about the call charge are too high even when you are in roaming or in non roaming mode not only call charges but also all the packs such as SMS, Data pack


but the main thing is the Service is serioulsly bad
