Airtel was one of the good network operator but now it is transforming in to the worst operator.
Intially I was using tata docomo but for few reasons I wanted to get Airtel connection but after getting it I am cursing myself for getting it done.
Such a huge fall for airtel in terms of networks and internet speed. Initially everything going well but as soon as jio came in it market the airtel started loosing its costumers. To this to be avoided they started same plans as jio but the way they started treating their present customers is awful.
The cal rate is too high and gets finished in no time and very poor customer care service.
Since proper network is not available in maximum places the internet connectivity also slows down which is frustrating and brings feeling of anger.
