Hello. I am using airtle as my primary sim for the last 1 year. It is one of the most using sim in India. But from the last few months there is no network coverage at all dee to I am facing too problem. I havr contacted customer care of airtle but still no change. They just take a complaint and say that we will work on it and fix it within 2 day. After 3 day I call to them and they again take a complaint. But not improvment in network.
The network is very very bad. Please improve.
Customer service is also very bad as they don't fix my issue.
If I go to the bill and plan I would also say is not so effective. I think they should make the plan cheaper whuch can be affordable for all.
