I am using Airtel from last 3 years but its signal is not good in faridabad many times I complaint it for that but customer service told me that we are stablishing a new tower in our area but after 3 years they are not able a establish a signal tower. Many times I talked to higher department of airtel but they said the same time that told earlier. I am fed up with airtel the company is not providing good value to the users as we want.
