I have complaint so many times for my Airtel dth STB issue but it’s it’s still pending after several reminders. Today one of your service engineer name Mr Rakesh kumar (9935216216) called me and saying that we don’t have STB to replace And when it’s available in our stock will replace but I will charge amount because company did not give Conveyances.
My connection is in warranty then why I pay extra
It’s worst and pathetic service by you and your team
I am facing this issue from last 5 days.
