Hi Airtel Team, I am Taufeeque Khan and I have been an Airtel user for 3 years, old Xtreme user, currently, I am using Airel Black services with the number 770932. complaint number - 11002442043
I wanted to highlight one serious issue that happened in my - area - with me - Mankapur - Nagpur - landmark - backside area of Alexis Hospital - 440030, On 25th September 2024 my broadband line broke down, so I made a complaint 25th September, 2024 - No one visited, no call came.(cc helpless - 2 hours false commitment - getting wrong info from engineer's TL every time)
26th September, 2024 - No one visited, no call came. - no call came(cc helpless - 2 hours false commitment - getting wrong info from engineer's TL every time)
27th September, 2024 - No one visited, no call came. no call came(cc helpless - 2 hours false commitment - getting wrong info from engineer's TL every time)
28th September, 2024 - No one visited, no call came(cc helpless - 2 hours false commitment - getting wrong info from engineer's TL every time)
29th September, 2024 - No one visited, no call came. (so I made a serious convo with the cc team and talked to their manager and I got one of the so-called engineers but he is seriously a disaster for Airtel who made cust irate and fool, finally he came at approx 05:30 pm, he just visited and watched and check red light in the router and said will come by tomorrow afternoon or till evening it will be resolved)
30th September 2024 -(then today he visited 2nd time after so many calls at the same 05:30 pm and went to the back side of my area and then came in half an hour later and said it would be checked by tomorrow)
01st October 2024 -(then again the same story repeated 3rd time, and he said he would check by tomorrow or would come with the operator)
Note - In these 3 days - on the 29th he just came and went, and on rest 2 days the 30th Sept and 1st Oct he came at 05:30 pm and did something but not seriously and went back in half an hour, he should have come at least with spare time of 2 hours so that he can check and do the need full but his basic intention is to make customers clueless and helpless so that they can be pitched for their product that is AIRFIBER, so I told him I couldn't go with this because I am in work from home job, and in my system, I am using a VPN so AirFiber is waste for me, so he said to change the operator, leave Airtel and all.
Note - The engineer will get 100 rupees for repair connection-related issues but if he can sell out AirFiber - he would get 400 rupees commission.
2nd October 2024 - No one came, no call came(cc helpless - 2 hours false commitment - getting wrong info from engineer's TL every time)
3rd October 2024 - I arranged - AM's contact number - and I called him, he said talk to the engineer's TL first if not resolved then he committed he would take action. (AM is genuine)
So I arranged TL's number(AM also gave me TL's number but in the evening) from my side I already arranged and called TL in the afternoon, and he assured me he would do the needful, he took the engineer on conference call, so till evening - no engineer visited, no one came.
So from my end only I called TL and then TL made a conference call with the(non existing Airtel person - called the operator sir - their team managed everything earlier - but rare cases now as well, who is very dedicated and as per my situation I am like this is last chance I am giving to me if not resolved then I will switch to another network, but when I am talking or having a discussion with TL and operator sir, I got an exact point to point updates and all, and the operator sir assured me he will do the needful by next day)
4th October 2024 - From the operator sir - himself - he made a call to me, said sorry for the delay, to highlight these issues one more day he needed.
5th October 2024 - At 11 am only got a call from an engineer from the operator side(a non-existing Airtel team - but they worked for Airtel dedicatedly and as per their commitment) he took the address confirmation and came at 5 pm, and 1 hour he resolved my issues.
Request - The Airtel team kindly look into this issue, this can happen to anyone, if your engineer doing things alone then it can be sorted but if the engineer is doing these disaster practices with the help of TL or the manager, then it's not at all good practice for the future of Airtel.
Thanks - All thanks to the non-existing Airtel team, who fixed my issue in a very prompt manner, and the cc team as well who continuously highlighted and also removed my waste days and already sent a revised bill with deductions of waste days amount.
