Airtel is a very popular internet and telecommumication service provider.
I have used Airtel broadband and I will pay per month 1640rs but I recieved 16mbps speed only.
But other internet providers given 75 to 100mbps.
not reliable connectivity from airtel broadband some time connection or not working properly.i am dis appointing with airtel broadband.
Some times my landline and broadband lines are dead or no responce status.if I am on broadband after 2 to 3hrs later connection line dsl goto blinking state.that time no internet access error from my computer so its very poor and bad connectivity they are given .
That time I will call to the customer care service they are given some tips but its all this time waste .then they told we take compliant and we send the person in 24 to 48 hrs.
Very poor customer support and service given from airtelbroadband.
I dont suggest this internet provider to any one.
Its waste of time and money dont get airtel broadband.
