I had been using Aircel service at Puri area, Orisaa for more than a year. I was lured into the service provider with their low call rates and internet data packs.
However, it turned out to be a big mistake. Moreover, year of waiting for the services to improve were futile as it only went form good to worse.
Neither the network was good, nor was the internet connection decent enough. Customer service is lesser said the better.
Finally decided to switch to an alternate service provider(for good).
