Today I am going to take out the full frustration which I have for the Mobile Operator Aircel. The reason to use Aircel is that they provide cheap calling rate with some powers.
Recently I recharged my Phone with Rs. 116 in which I was getting 1GB internet pack 3G. After that I did another recharge of Rs. 7 which was for all local calls @30p/min., Okay well and good and after that I did another recharge for Rs. 100. The full day it was good nothing happened but suddenly in the vening time I got a message from the Aircel that you have been charge Rs50 for accesing you internet. I was like what the hell! In the morning I did internet pack recharge and checked my balance by dialing * 143* 0# ( for Kolkata Region ) I contacted the Aircel customer suppor by daling 198 and complained them. I started the conversion and they told me and I was charged for browsing the web so I asked them to check that in the morning I did a internet recharge for Rs. 116. As expected they replied me back after keeping the line on hold that they can't check fromn there end now I need to contact them after sometime.
