Whenever we have to travel from one place to another, we usually take short way which will take much less time to reach the destination.Last month I went to Mumbai with family and I booked flight online as there was discount on Air Asia.I faced many difficulties to get check in counter and there was no any person to explain process.No one staff were available to help but somehow casualties help I got check in.It's seat availability make me uncomfortable and it was my first experience with Air Asia.Iam not satisfied with it and so disappointed.
