They are charging too much commission for all their services, Bonds are very high price compare to outside, Bokerage is too costly compare other brokers, for 5 mins call appointent the are charge 3000rs better buy any thing from they once compare out side, for bond indiabonds, golden pi, wint wealth, grip invest, bondskart etc are very cheaper compare to them, Zerodha, 5piece, upstox are very cheaper compare to them for equities, policybazaar.com is ok of other services like insurance etc,
once you brought any from them no respose, most of the employees are uneducated not even know the products what they are selling.
