The worst experience for me. I shifted my household things from Pune to Bangalore. They were never up to their words. It took 5 days for them to reach the destination. After reaching they unloaded the stuffs and left saying that they are very tired and hungry so they will return withing 2 hours, I was waiting for them nearly 6 to 7 hours with all the the packages just lying in my hall.
After repeated call to their office they hold me that the labors are on their way. They didnt even unpacked all the thing saying that they will not touch the electronics item (TV, Fridge, Washing machine etc) but when I unpacked them manually the next day I found my 32 inc Sony LCD TV damaged. Now I am trying to call them and they are not attending my call. Once I sent the legal notice to their head office they rushed to my residence asking for sorry. I told them to get a new TV for me else I will be forwarding the notice. Finally they agreed to get me a brand new TV.
I will never opt for Agarwal packers in my future and will never recommend it to others. There are many options in the market.
