Can anyone honestly tell me why this movie even existed? Okay, fine, Hrithik and Amisha are star actors, but seriously, how can a good actor or actress act so bad? In the beginning of Hrithik's career, he was a heartthrob, but now, his acting is just horrible. When he cries, he looks like he's having a seizure.
Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai was a good movie, and they were both in it. The magic didn't work the second time.
Anyway, the story starts with Amisha as a rich girl kept inside her kingdom, kind of like Jasmine from Alladin. She has never seen the outside world. Hrithik and Amisha meet and they fall in love at first sight. He takes her to a movie theatre, and Amisha is overjoyed. But, the overjoyed laughter turns to overacting, majorly. She looks like some retard who has never seen something like a movie before. Anyway, the typical story line, her father does not approve of her wedding because of 'Khaandani' differences and 'Sanskaar'.
Anyway, she tries to poison herself and miraculously survives! Whenever she cried, she looked like she was having an asthma attack. AMISHA DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CRY! DONT MAKE HER! Neither does Hrithik, and their acting is despicable. The soundtrack wasn't even good. Some movies are stupid out there, but atleast one of their songs are good. The title track is too annoying to be true, and the rest of the songs are not even worth listening to a second time. This movie was a waste of my $1.00 rental. I want my money back!
