I booked a order on 14th of feb, but it is still not delivered uptil 20th of feb and the amount has been debited from my account.The customer service is horrible and is never reachable if u contact them by mail then also nobody responds to it.The only response I got after a day was that we will look into it but till now nothing has been done.
I have called them up a 100 times bt max time the phone is out of reach and sometimes when it is reachable no boday picks the phone.Can you imagine a network which says it even delivers in small towns also has a customer service with and with a single mobile no.
There should atleast be a landline no. I would advise you to plz donot use this website.And file complaints where ever u can do. I will not remain quite and will utilize my resources to trace them.
