HQMT online medical transcription training promises many things. Once you pay the fees and enroll. They request an online transfer of files to your computer. Just a reminder that if you have a bad net connection the file transfers never work.
They use unlicensed and freeware dictionaries, software for transcription practice. They never send any learning material or practice software by CD even if you request them. The support staff are never helpful , a reminder that there is just one person providing online support to the entire fraternity and he/she never replies to your queries whether by mail/skype unless you call them .
The online classes are pathetic and done through a free web seminar website called dimdim.com, which never works most of the time.The instructor never allows any of the students to interact with each other. The online videos are not of good quality and most of them don’t work. Even if you remind them of that , there will be no response.
Overall the course is just sham with unprofessional cut and paste files and freeware software. Don’t waste your Money joining such institutes. Better join a Medical transcription company which provides training and a job in their rolls.
