We flew from Los angeles to Abu dhabi on 23rd june Ey 170 your flight was an hour delayed as usual while going on the 5th june from abu dhabi to new york jet operated flight was also one hour delayed. We landed 9 15 pm and our connection flight to muscat was 10: 05 pm we could have still made it to the flight but your ground staff changed our boarding pass to 2 45: am flight which was 7 hours wait, after a 16 hour flight and traveling for an entire day how can you expect a passenger to wait for 7 more hours to take a 45 mins flight
Your ground staff was extremely rude and asked us if we want to fly we should take a bus to Dubai and take another flight to muscat . I don't know his name but he was south Indian and wore glasses .There were 3 senior citizen in line before us and he was extremely rude to them too it was sad to see how old and uneducated people are treated by your staff just because they cant speak English or aren't dress well, the supervisor is Indian too and to see him treat his own people so badly like he has no elderly people in his house .On insisting the staff put us in Oman air flying to muscat at 11 pm and assured us our bags are on board .In middle of our flight the cabin crew informed us no bags were loaded and they just received a msg from the tower.
The inflight service jet operated had only vegetarian food and catered to the Indian non Muslim passengers and had no considerations for passengers from oman when it came to food service it is a long flight and lentils were served which is extremely gassy food considering you have less movement on board- they have sent one bag which is at the airport and I haven't gone to receive yet.I have all valuable items most of them are brand new just bought from the usa as we traveled to new york - Miami - Vegas and Los angeles within the country
we are extremely tired no tooth brush no underwear my house is under construction and this is why we had taken a holiday until its been made .This award winning airlines is all a hoax as I am sure you guys pay and buy the awards this award is not earned
Our friends who traveled by Etihad said there were delays even previously by Etihad we took Etihad as it has less traveling hours to USA but it turns out the delays caused adds up to same hours .The airlines was delayed while going and while coming back not 5 mins but an entire hour .The staff is racist and rude and has no consideration for passengers on long flight .Very rude to senior citizen this in other country is a criminal offense
