Hi friends people know that Bihar is a small state and there is lack of education.This is not the truth.It is one of the heritage of India.There are so many heritage places for visiting.
My native is Bihar that's why I can tell you that Bihar is good place for the students of ancient history.You must have heard Darbhanga which is one of a District in Bihar.There are many historical temples.When I went to this place I visited'Chandradhari Museum'.It is very beautiful.
This museum is established in 1957 and in 1974 it was shifted to present double storied building.It has 11 halls and each divided into different category.every section include attractive artifacts made of glass
It has also good collection of different style of paintings and splendid works of weavers.The most popular painting is the Krishna Leela with Gopies.
This museum has a fabulous collection of statues like goddess of Durga, Lord Surya and Shiva.Statues related to Buddhism are also on display.There is also a good collection of costly gems and stones.This museum also has library facilities.
I liked this museum.
