Despite intervention from SBI whose credit card I have used for payment and PayU the payment gateway company, 100bestbuy.com has not responded at all and when I login to their portal, my credit points also have been wiped off. They are into stealing the money from the customers.


Dear friends I had a very lousy experience buying from 100bestbuy.com. I ordered for Philips trimmer, they charged my card for Rs.761 and the item was not delivered.  After  a week's time when followed up they said my postal address is missing.


The fact is I could see all my personal information in their site itself.  Subsequently I ordered for 2 security padlocks for which they charged Rs.1955 which was confirmed by the payment gateway company also, but this time the items are not even appearing in my cart.


Their strategy is to frustrate you and you will be forced to cancel the order and in that case the money would be converted into credit points which would be adjusted against your subsequent orders,  the catch here is that your credit points can be used only to the maximum of 20% for any purchase.


They are big cheaters please advise all your friends and relatives. The best online guys are Snapdeal and Flipkart.


Generally I do not indulge in propagating such bad experience, but I am compelled to  since this company is forcing you to get stuck with them to maximize their sale by converting the payments you have made into credit points by forcing you to cancel the order by not delivering and not responding directly to you when you raise it to their customer care


BE CAREFUL AND MY ADVICE IS TO AVOID THIS PARTICULAR AND THEY CAN APTLY CHANGE THEIR URL AS https://100WORSTBUY.COM
