The book has some great tips that I was able to apply immediately in saving time and getting better results while managing your business on the internet. A very fast read and well worth the investment of time and money.
The book also contains some time management principles that can be applied even if you don't have a staff reporting to you. The chapter on using e-mail, alone, is worth the cost of the book.
Great advice for any manager of any size or type of company. I found this book very valuable in helping re-tool my management style and better understand the new economy world.
