I am an owner in UKN Phase 1. Yes agree with the views expressed above. Complete unprofessional behaviour by the builder UKN. Cost of maintenance = 3 rs/sqfeet - too high, sinking fund still with builder, looks like they have some serious capital problems, no support in forming association, no suppo...rt on property tax/ khata, do not respond to decent requests by residents etc. Think twice before you associate with them.Read More
