I would like to share my complete and genuine experience from January 2026, so others can be cautious.


I received a call to collect a gift. After visiting the location, we were forcefully made to attend a 40-minute session. During this session, we were pressured to make a payment immediately. Trusting their words, we made the payment:


First payment on 8th Feb 2025 at Avenue Park, Baner (Pune) of Rs.15000/- (this office is now closed)


Second payment on 3rd Jan 2026 of Rs. 6500/- via a scanner shared through their official email.


On 2nd Jan 2026, I asked for travel details and received an itinerary. The customer care executive repeatedly followed up for the balance payment, assuring us that:


The amount was required only to pay vendors.


No further amount would be needed except lunch expenses.


Booking would be enabled after payment.


The scanner was shared on email and WhatsApp, but later deleted from WhatsApp without explanation. Still, the executive confirmed that payments were received from other customer and he has shared the payment evidence of other customer as a proof.


A commitment of 24-48 hours was given for sharing complete booking details. Later, they changed the timeline to 15th Jan 2026, after which they stopped answering calls.


Here is a brief timeline of events:


6th Jan 2026: Follow-up started; vague replies received.


7th Jan 2026 (late evening): Passenger details were confirmed.


8th Jan 2026: Asked for property choice.


9th Jan 2026: Promised all details by evening. Only a hotel booking with ₹0; paid was shared.


9th Jan 2026: Asked for railway and cab details.


12th Jan 2026: Response received saying we will update within 3 days.


15th Jan 2026 onwards: No response via email, calls, or WhatsApp despite repeated follow-ups.


On 19th Jan 2026, I called from a different number. The customer care executive treated me like a new customer and again promised resolution within 24 hours.


On 20th Jan 2026, I received an email stating no payment was made for railway or cab bookings. I replied with proof of payments (8th Feb 2025 and 3rd Jan 2026), but there was no response after that.


On 21st Jan 2026, I requested a refund via official email, but the email bounced back stating the mail ID was blocked. Calls to customer care also went unanswered.


On 22nd Jan 2026, I requested a refund via WhatsApp. As of 24th Jan 2026, I have not received any response.


On 24th January 2026, after making 20 25 calls, we finally received a call from a customer care executive. We informed them that we still had not received the booking details for 14th February 2026. They responded that the booking team might have completed the process and said they would check and update us.


We requested them to keep the call on hold while they verified the details, however, the call was disconnected. Till date, no update has been provided. This clearly reflects a lack of transparency and appears to be a deliberate attempt to mislead customers.


We requested a change of destination on 26th January; however, till date, we have not received any response through email or chat as on 1st feb 26.


On 1st February, I received an email from customer care claiming that the payment of ₹6, 500 was not received and they are stating that the mail received to us from their mail Id was fake. However, the scanner was sent to me from their customer care number and was later deleted. I have evidence of this communication.


This clearly indicates misleading practices and strongly suggests cheating and fraudulent behavior.


It is very clear now that their intention is to mislead people, collect money, and stop responding, while continuing to target new customers.


I am chasing for my refund since 2nd feb to 28th feb but they are not providing any update for refund as well as the service. They are asking me to report the transaction. As the company should be responsible to take the responsibility of sending wrong scanner with the company name to the customer. They would have cheated with lot of peoples with wrong scanner and using wrong mail Id. Also note that the same person is talking with the different names .They are just wasting our valueable time and money.


I would like to request if anyone has created group from Pune and Mumbai, just let me know.
