Recently go to know that Assetz proposed the change in master plan to accommodate more flats and premium Row Houses for their profit without taking existing customers in confidence. For that they increased the land area but hack is that Flat customers can not access to the premium row houses area ...;) On top of it 10% land belongs to civic amenities/BDA. Swimming pool size is same with new upgrade means more houses will use it than promised, proposed football ground becomes mini football ground. Quality of Tiles and door quality is not same what they promised. Please compare there old and new proposed master plans your own. Carefully evaluate your one time decision :)Read More

For any reputed builder it is worth to evaluate few thing before going ahead for booking which is very before to actual Agreement in written
i. Cancellation charges which can be cancelled either by You or Builder
ii. Resale Charges, Payment schedule and late payment fee, Project delay compensation... – good to have as per RERA guidelines
iii.Don’t be pray of Agents who can tell it is last flat available and so many customers are asking for it
iv. Is project registered with real estate regulatory authority (RERA) to protect your rights and hard earned money?
v. Read all the agreement copy
vi. Evaluate all offers/freebies offered by Agents with actual price offered in the marketRead More

Hi raj_patkar , Did you make Passport Challan Payment at SBI branch ? OR do you want to make online payment through Credit/Debit or online banking ?
Good to make challan payment at SBI Branch so after 3-4 days of payment, system it self would notify you to take an appointment. Hope you will get an... appointment quickly. Online appointment timing which I observed is 6.30 PM onward for BLR PSK.Read More

Hi Sreeni, I had visited PSK Lalbagh. Yes it is at ground floor so no need of lifts. Also you will find many chairs in waiting area so personally feel you need not to worry. All the best
